Romantic, one thousand+ year old house in the center of the medival hilltop village of Apricale in the Italian province
of Liguria. Nestled between Tuscany and Provence. Recently voted one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
It is a loctaed on the border between Italy and France. It is 10 minutes to the beaches, 15 minutes to Sanremo, 1/2 hour
to Monte Carlo and 1 hour to the Nice airport. This tiny village contains 8 world class restaurants. The location
is perfect for whatever your interests are. The house is about 1,000 years old and is located close to the village square
and the renovated castle where something is always happening.
The streets of the town are cobblestoned and are not accessable by car. Parking is done outside of the village
and other than the occasional three wheeled API, which can transport luggage, the only way to get around is by foot. This
is a romantic destination where you can stop and enjoy the scenary ( the Maritime Alps); dine at the restaurants; view the
entertainments provided; climb or bike the mountains; explore ancient Roman structures; swim in the ocean or rock pools; enjoy
the bathes in nearby Pigna and experience life in Italy and France.
